I’m Sabina - a certified career coach with a background in architecture and a deep curiosity about what makes our work feel meaningful.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years designing buildings and public spaces - places that shaped how people live, connect, and grow. That work taught me patience, structure, and the importance of seeing the whole picture, not just the surface.
Over time, I realised those same principles apply to our inner lives too. Coaching, for me, became another kind of design - helping people shape lives that feel balanced, intentional, and true.
My approach isn’t about pushing harder or chasing constant achievement.
It’s about slowing down, asking better questions, and creating space to hear what’s really going on inside.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice or motivational hype. Real change doesn’t come from being told what to do - it comes from being truly understood.
What I offer instead is quiet honesty, curiosity, and respect for your pace. Together, we look at what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift - not just in your career, but in the way you live and lead.
I believe success feels most fulfilling when it serves others and reflects integrity. That belief guides my work through The Work–Life Edit - helping people realign their work and life with what truly matters.
Reach out - I’d love to hear from you.
A consultation call is a relaxed, no-pressure chat to get to know each other and explore what you’d like to achieve through coaching. We’ll talk about where you are now, what’s changing, and how coaching can support you. It’s a chance to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
